| The studio build was inspired by the best features from the legendary Stockholm studios Polar studio and Atlantis studios. On top of this has been added the ambience of a space where people what to be. It is a place where the is something extra and where the artists feel at home, also with their families in beautiful environments. The studio is owned by Benny Andersson and his son Ludwig Andersson who’s is also a brilliant musician, now also working with his own record label and other new artists. The Studio has the purpose to serve as “Bennys place”, but certainly also to be rented as a commercial studio. So far recordings have been made by Benny Andersson Orchestra, various Jazz ensembles, Swedish garage rock band The Hives, and background string orchestras. Due to the building history and the way the interior is made the studio has a really “warm and woody” sound. One can have a creative freedom to use the gear and many instruments in the studio. The aim is to have the best modern and vintage high-end together to be used all the time and maintained to a high standard.
